1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

pbawin accepts deposits through approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Philippine commercial bank transfers (including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank), QR Ph, GrabPay, and other payment channels displayed on the pbawin cashier page. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). pbawin reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your pbawin account originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activities. You agree not to use pbawin Services for money laundering or financing of illegal activities. pbawin reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits exceeding PHP 50,000 in a single transaction or PHP 200,000 in aggregate within a thirty-day period. 4.3 Deposit Limits

pbawin implements minimum and maximum deposit limits that vary depending on the payment method selected. Minimum deposits typically range from PHP 100 to PHP 500. Maximum single transaction limits and daily cumulative limits are displayed on the cashier page and may be adjusted based on payment processor restrictions, regulatory requirements, or risk management considerations. 4.4 Processing Time & Fees

Deposits made via e-wallet services (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are typically processed instantly and reflected in your pbawin account balance within seconds. 9. Account Termination

9.2 Termination by pbawin

9.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, you must immediately cease all use of pbawin Services. All rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including provisions relating to ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

pbawin Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. pbawin disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. pbawin does not warrant that Services will meet your requirements, that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pbawin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use Services; (b) unauthorized access to your account; (c) statements or conduct of any third party on Services; (d) software errors or malfunctions; or (e) any other matter relating to Services.

10.4 Maximum Liability

pbawin's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or use of Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to pbawin during the three (3) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.
